Specific Solutions

Safety Check

Every six months a technician ( or team if required ) will attend to check over all equipment and give you a written report on the overall safety / function of the equipment. At the same time, should you wish, they can undertake any basic repairs to an agreed value (e.g. cabling, hand grips etc.)

Emergency Call-out

When you have equipment that is out of action and you need immediate attention, just call GymCare with your requirements stating: Product type, brand, model, serial number and current operational status. Your request will be logged, the work request generated and the next available technician will attend.


Scheduled Service

Scheduled proactive service brings the maximum long term advantages with it. A technician will attend (usually every month or two) and follow a pre-planned service schedule. You will receive a copy of the completed schedule, with a written report (additional copies if required) and a list of recommendations. With the recommendations you will receive an indication of both the cost and the urgency of this work. Monthly Scheduled Service qualifies the customer for free call outs to complete work that could not be finished at the time of the regular service. Monthly service customers also receive a discount of 10% on the labour rate, as long as payment for the work is received on time.

Minesite / Country

GymCare is available to visit remote or country locations to develop a specific service schedule and / or help train on site staff in the best service and maintenance regime for your individual requirements. A less frequent style of Scheduled Servicing is often the best solution.
